Start with 5 minutes. 

Look at your day. 

Find a 5-minute slot. 

I suggest you make it the first thing you do before you begin your day. 

It is God and you partnering to begin your day. 

You sit with God and then you get up and walk with God. 

It is not good bye to God till your next sit. 

The presence of God stays with you as you move throughout the day. 

Over time increase the length of your sit. 

Add a second sit. 

Take baby steps with this sit. 

Over time increase the length of your second sit. 

These silent sits have a way of giving you back time.
