The letting go we do during centering prayer can be continued during our non-centering times.
Let go when:
Someone annoys you and you are about to speak your mind.
The car in front of you drives 10 miles per hour below the speed limit.
You had a rough day at work. Let go. Tomorrow you get to begin again:)
It rains and you want to go for a walk.
You ordered a gift for yourself and it arrives damaged.
You stand in line at the store and the person in front of you is having a very long friendly discussion with the cashier.
You fill in the _________ .
Let it go.
Let me know if I can help.
