The letting go we do during centering prayer can be continued during our non-centering times. 

Let go when:

Someone annoys you and you are about to speak your mind. 

The car in front of you drives 10 miles per hour below the speed limit.

You had a rough day at work. Let go. Tomorrow you get to begin again:)

It rains and you want to go for a walk. 

You ordered a gift for yourself and it arrives damaged. 

You stand in line at the store and the person in front of you is having a very long friendly discussion with the cashier. 

You fill in the _________ .

Let it go.
