You can make a decision to let go of the thoughts and emotions that do not serve you and focus on the ones that do.
This is true freedom.
You can hone in and focus on the present moment and what needs to be done right now.
We all have thoughts and emotions.
We cannot stop them.
It is what we do with them that is more important.
Make a decision to focus on what you can do right now.
And go do it!
