How can I deepen my Centering Prayer practice?
Let go.
Keep letting go.
Trust the process.
I mean really trust the process.
Be gentle and kind with yourself.
Forgive yourself.
Do not be so hard on yourself.
Before you go to bed jot down 3 things from the day that you are grateful for.
Before you go to bed jot down 1-3 things you want to accomplish tomorrow.
Create an affirmation list. If you need help with this message me.
Read your affirmations before your Centering Prayer sit and then let them go to God. Let them brew with God. God and you will partner on them.
Your affirmations are God and you partnering to become your true self: the person God wishes you to be.
Let God push you out of your comfort zone on your true self journey.
Your true self is a journey not an end point.
Keep showing up to your Centering Prayer sits.
God will transform and heal you.
Let me know if I can help.
