Great advice!
I try to do this each night before I go to sleep.
And I think you should too.
I let these requests rest while I sleep.
This requires no action by me.
I like that no action is needed by me.
I let them go so I will be refreshed by my much needed rest.
When I awake I take action on any Inner Nudges that worked in me while I slept.
I also like to take these requests into my Centering Prayer sits and leave them there while I sit.
Again, no action is needed by me.
When I arise from my sit I will take action on any Inner Nudges.
I encourage you to try this as part of your silent sits and see what happens.
I think over time you will be pleasantly surprised.
