Be flexible with your silent sits!
Right now I am in transition at work.
It is hectic, busy and filled with new things to do and learn.
What does this have to do with my Centering Prayer sits?
I need them more often!
Here is where I am flexible with my sits.
Just to get through this period I am doing 3-5 sits per day.
I have shortened the time and increased the frequency.
When things calm down I will switch back to my 2 sits per day.
Be flexible with both your frequency and length of your sits.
Let the ebbs and flows of your life determine your sits.
Listen to what your life tells you.
Place your sits where they belong.
