Chris Luard talks to us from Thailand, where he works as a meditation teacher at a retreat center.   He gives us a picture of how Asia has responded to the Covid-19 pandemic and relays some of the fortunate circumstances he has encountered. We discuss metaphysical philosophies of spirituality and mysticism, as well as practical meditation strategies.  Two of the books Chris recommends for listeners are: The Art of Solitude by Stephen Batchelor and The Tibetan Book of the Dead translated by Robert Thurman.
